Persistent offenders will not be photographed in future and will be reported to relevant governing bodies and venues/event organisers.

2) Images purchased through www.jasminepunterphotography.co.uk are for personal use only. They mustn't be published or used for commercial gain without permission of the photographer/company.

3) The copyright remains with www.jasminepunterphotography.co.uk, unless a copyright release has been issued.

4) It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they choose the correct images. Digital Files can not be refunded or exchanged after purchase.
