Holland Cooper Equestrian Range

Posted on September 30, 2019

Since the launch of the Holland Cooper Equestrian range last month, I’ve been totally obsessed with the stunning products they have created for both horse and rider. The entire range is beautifully designed, luxurious and made to the highest quality. The products are instantly recognisable as Holland Cooper with their iconic, British branding. Plus, featuring innovative technology, the collection is unique to the equestrian market.

I am extremely lucky to be gifted the following items, in collaboration with the launch of Holland Cooper’s Equestrian collection.

The Equi team jacket combines practicality with their bold and luxurious graphics that represent the brand. With warm, fleece lining and a hardwearing, water-resistant outer shell, I’m certain I will be living in this jacket this Winter! Although at first I was nervous to have these stunning items anywhere near a horse(!), I just know this coat will be perfect for wearing over a show jacket at the chilly, indoor shows this Winter.

The jacket features 2 hip pockets and an internal pocket too, which will be handy for keeping Polos in at the shows! No detail has been forgotten, with signature HC branding on the lining, collar, sleeve and even on the zipper.

My second jacket (how lucky am I!?) is the Equi Sport Jacket in Red. Now this is a bit of me. I LOVE a padded jacket, I think I have them in most colours! And this one is just beautiful. I’d seen this on their Instagram and didn’t realise it was part of the Equestrian collection, as it’s so gorgeous, it could be worn for any occasion! This is everything you’d want in a jacket; comfort, style and it’s flattering too. It again, features the Holland Cooper iconic branding, with signature gold details and zip. It looks great with competition kit, or even jeans for a non-horsey look. Though I think this will be kept for best – I can’t bear to get horse slobber on it!

Next up is the Equi Legging Sport and Equi Base Layer, both in the colour Neroli. Both of these are of fantastic quality and emblazoned in gold Holland Cooper branding. Not only stylish, the Equi Base Layer is comfortable and practical too, with hydrocool technology to support thermal regulation and a moisture-wicking system, making it ideal for training sessions. Baselayers are a key piece of my equestrian wardrobe, and are perfect for wearing in training, general riding, or layering in the upcoming winter months. With the branding down the sleeve, this would also look great teamed with the Equi Classic Gilet, which will definitely be appearing on my Christmas list!

Leggings are fast becoming a replacement for breeches (if they’re good enough for Dani Goldstein(!!) –

The high-waisted, wide elasticated waistband is much appreciated when it comes to holding everything in, and provides comfort when schooling and jumping too. The grip print on the inner knee provides just the right amount of stickability for staying in contact with rather fresh horses, now that the weather is taking a turn for the worse. And the secure phone pocket is a welcome feature too.

Unlike so many other riding leggings, the fabric of these is of the highest quality so they’re perfect for wearing to the gym – definitely squat proof!

Huge thank you to Holland Cooper for sharing the stunning Equestrian collection with me!
