Ultimate PC Camp Photo & Video Package (Per Rider)

What’s included:

• 1 x 12×8″ Blended Montage – our ever-popular PC Camp keepsake, professionally designed using 5 of your favourite camp images.
• 1 x Social Media Reel – this will automatically be a Combined Gallop & Steeplechase Reel. If you do not take part in the Steeplechase session, or if the session does not go ahead, your reel will automatically be produced as a Gallop Reel.
• ALL digital images of one rider captured throughout camp, delivered via WeTransfer in medium resolution. Photos will be taken in at least 1 XC session per ride, and a minimum of one other session. PLUS Gallop & Hurdle/Steeplechase session.

Booking Information

• This package is per rider.
• Must be pre-booked prior to camp.
• Please include a thorough description when booking and introduce yourself to our team earlier in the week or on the day of camp to ensure we can identify and capture you throughout the event.

Please Note

• Reel footage is subject to the amount of footage captured during your session(s). We will always aim to capture as much as possible; however, coverage is dependent on your participation and unforeseen human error.
• During the Gallop, the rider you are paired with may appear in your footage. If you are positioned behind them (on the side furthest from the camera), they may block you from view, which could reduce the amount of usable footage. If we feel we have not captured sufficient footage to create a quality reel, we will issue a refund for the reel element of your package.
• Reels are delivered via WeTransfer within 72 hours. The completed reel is the final edit and cannot be amended.

  Photo Disclaimer

  The number of photographs captured for each rider may vary due to a variety of factors, including level of ride, timetable clashes, weather, and the running of the camp.

  We will, however, ensure that every rider is photographed during their cross-country session, all or part of one additional ridden session, as well as the Gallop and Steeplechase/Hurdle sessions (where applicable).

  While we always aim to capture as much variety as possible throughout the camp, we cannot guarantee the same number of images for every rider.
