For those wishing to commission a curated reel featuring multiple horses, please enquire directly for a tailored quotation.

1. Reels must be pre-booked and pre-paid for.
2. If unable to attend the show, please let us know IN ADVANCE and we will be happy to move your booking to another suitable date.
3. In event of an elimination, then we may move your booking to another date if we feel we haven’t got enough footage, at our own discretion. In this instance, any footage taken will be deleted.
4. The reel delivered is final and cannot be edited.
5. The footage will be delivered to you by WeTransfer within 72 hours.
6. In event of a clash of timings, the priority will be with the booking that was made first, and any bookings that we are unable to fill will be refunded in full.
